This was another low-scoring round, but once more it was your boy Seoul Train leading the way, with 71 points. Consistent leader Nouhou Big Summer Blowout is still in front, but now by just 11 points.

Positional Leaders

Goalkeepers
Miami’s Oscar Ustari ($4.0) kept a clean sheet, leading the goalkeepers with 9 points. Right behind him was a quintet of keepers with clean sheets and 8 points — Dayne St. Clair (MIN, $8.1), Carlos Coronel (NYR, $7.5), Aljaz Ivacic (NE, $6.9), Chris Brady (CHI, $6.9), and Matt Freese (NY, $6.7). For D.C. it was Luis Barraza ($5.6) with 3 points.

Defenders
Mitja Ilenic (NY, $7.0) led the defenders with 11 points on a clean sheet and an assist, just ahead of Brayan Ceballos (NE, $6.5), who had a clean sheet and 10 points. Toronto’s Kevin Long ($4.9) finished the top three with a clean sheet and 9 points. The DCU defense featured Aaron Herrera ($6.0) with 5 points; each of Lukas MacNaughton ($5.7), Lucas Bartlett ($5.3), and Kye Rowles ($4.9) with 2; and David Schnegg ($4.5) with 1.

Midfielders
Two players tied for the midfield lead on 13 points, as David Ayala (POR, $6.4) combined a goal and an assist, and Carles Gil (NE, $9.6) only scored a goal. Djordje Mihailovic (COL, $10.2) trailed them with 10 points on the strength of a goal. For United it was the trio of Joao Peglow ($7.6), Hosei Kijima ($5.8), and Brandon Servania ($5.3) with 3 points, Jared Stroud ($6.0) with 2, and both Gabriel Pirani ($6.8) and Randall Leal ($5.6) with 1.

Forwards
Vancouver’s Brian White ($8.6) scored four goals and 26 points, leading the forwards and all players. Well off the pace were Kevin Kelsy (POR, $6.8), who scored a brace and 13 points, and Sam Surridge (NSH, $8.7), who scored a goal and 10 points. D.C. featured Christian Benteke ($11.9) with 4 points, and both Jacob Murrell ($4.6) and Dominique Badji ($4.0) with 1.

Looking Ahead
This week Carlos Coronel looks good in goal vs. DCU, and Tristan Blackmon (VAN, $9.0) in defense at St. Louis. Martin Ojeda (ORL, $11.5) looks great in midfield vs. Montreal, and Josef Martinez (SJ, $8.2) is your man at forward vs. Kansas City.
