This round’s leader was Big Duke 6, who scored 109 points, just edging out their nearest competitor by 3 points. At the top of the table, BL4CKnRED extended the overall lead to 14 points.

Positional Leaders

Goalkeepers
Vancouver’s Yohei Takoaka ($7.7) saved a penalty on the way to keeping a clean sheet, scoring 13 points to lead the position. Behind him were Jonathan Sirois (MTL, $5.5), who scored 11 points on a clean sheeet, and Maarten Paes (DAL, $8.1), who scored 10 points on the same. For DCU, Tyler Miller ($7.8) scored 8 points.

Defenders
Antonio Carlos (ORL, $6.3) paired a clean sheet with an assist, scoring 13 points to lead the defenders. Close behind was the 12-point pair of Julian Gressel (VAN, $11.2), who kept a clean sheet, and Richie Laryea (TOR, $9.2), who paired his clean sheet with an assist. The D.C. defense was led by Donovan Pines ($8.0) with 10 points, followed by the pair of Andy Najar ($4.9) and Pedro Santos ($7.1) with 9 points, Jacob Greene ($5.4) with 7 points, and both Steven Birnbaum ($7.1) and Derrick Williams ($5.5) with 1 point.

Midfielders
Mathieu Choiniere (MTL, $6.9) put up a goal, an assist, and 15 points, leading the midfielders and all players. Trailing him was the 11-point pair of Thiago Almada (ATL, $13.0), who scored a goal, and Hany Mukhtar (NSH, $11.8), who had a pair of assists. For United, Victor Palsson ($6.7) and Lewis O’Brien ($7.3) led the midfield with 6 points each, followed by Russell Canouse ($6.2) with 5, Ted Ku-Dipietro ($4.1) with 4, Mateus Klich ($8.6) with 3, and Chris Durkin ($5.6) with 1.

Forwards
Miami’s Leonardo Campana ($7.7) led the forwards with two goals and 12 points, just ahead of Ercan Kara (ORL, $7.5), who scored 11 points on a goal and assist. Tied for third were Emiliano Rigoni (ATX, $6.0) and D.C.’s Taxi Fountas ($7.2), who each scored a goal and 10 points. D.C.’s remaining scoring forward was Christian Benteke ($8.6) with 7 points.

Looking Ahead
I’m letting it ride with Yohei Takaoka and his four consecutive clean sheets vs. Minnesota, and I’m saving some money with Antonio Carlos in defense at Montreal. Hany Mukhtar is a great midfield option vs. Chicago, and Jordan Morris (SEA, $9.7) looks great at forward vs. Kansas City.
