The United States Men’s National Team close out the group stage of the 2025 Gold Cup this evening as they take on Haiti in Group D action. The USMNT have already qualified for the knockout stage, but they hope to win the group by getting another result against Les Grenadiers.
Haiti needs a win and some help to make it out of the group. They would need Trinidad & Tobago to defeat Saudi Arabia along with a win over the USMNT to make it through to the quarterfinals. Of course, the USMNT hope to take them out on the way to the group win.
The United States will have to play the rest of the Gold Cup without forward Haji Wright, who had to withdraw from the team due to an Achilles issue that will not heal itself in time for him to continue playing with the team. They will hope other guys are ready to contribute goals as Group D play concludes tonight.

I’m thinking rotated lineup since we’ve clinched the group.
And Tyler Adam’s picks up a yellow in the first month. Its definitely a yellow.
Decent ball in from Haiti and thankfully the wide open player doesn’t get a touch to it. Then quickly down to the other end and its 1-0 to the US.
Oh look a defensive miscue in our box in Haiti punishes us and its 1-1.
This ref is letting alot go.
Quinn Sullivan puts it off the crossbar.
Aaronson gets kicked from behind and no call….Ik the ref is Mexican but she’s letting a lot go.
The US is lucky its 1-1 at half.
Free kick attempt from Haiti forces a save out of Freese.
Handball…so no 2nd goal
