He moved to DC in 2007 and quickly joined the soccer scene, helping to establish the DC chapter of the American Outlaws and serving as one of the capos and drummers for over a decade. I don’t have an Athletic subscription, but doesn’t this sound like criminal conspiracy by the Libyans?

I’m sorta fascinated by the McKennie development. I assumed that him not featuring in the Panama game meant he would be running the show against Mexico, not so!

Leaves me to question whether Pochettino likes the sort of player he is. I don’t doubt that his talent is evident, but positional discipline has never been his thing- he’s going to roam where he wants to generate play, and Gregg let him. Maybe Poch isn’t enamored of his vibes shuttler proclivities, and that’s why he’s not playing?

This is speculation, but something’s gonna come out

The US Soccer statement said that the departing players (sans Pulisic) have minor injuries and will return to their clubs for treatment.

Boris Enow played the second half for Cameroon against Kenya, and ended up scoring the only goal of the match. It was a very nice long range effort. He also nearly scored a similar goal against New England, so he might well be feeling confident about his range right now. He could also very well be United’s best long range threat.

Congrats to Boris, and hopefully we can see him net a similar banger against Charlotte.
