Jacob Murrell’s acrobatics rescue DC United | Energy Moment of the Matchday (MLS)
Murrell’s game-tying bicycle kick won Energy Moment of the Matchday. This is the first time I’ve heard this award exists, but that goal certainly fits the description.

It was also nominated for Goal of the Matchday, which, sadly, I think you can only vote for on X.com. (Please correct me on this one if I’m wrong!)

Nominated for Goal of the Month is DC Power FC’s Yuuka Kurosaki for a from-distance strike against Carolina Ascent. Fort Lauderdale’s Jasmine Hamid was also nominated.

I really need these leagues to explore some other forms of making their content available, now that social media companies are making themselves less accessible to those without accounts.

USWNT to face China in late spring friendlies (Stars and Stripes FC)
The games will take place May 31 in St. Paul and June 3 in St. Louis and follow a pair of matches against Brazil in April.

United Soccer League announces 2025 national broadcast schedule (USL Championship)
For the first time, all of the USL Championship teams will have at least one game on national broadcast tv this year. Loudoun United will be on CBS Sports Network on July 13.
