DC Power FC are at Audi Field tonight to take on Brooklyn FC in what marks the final home match for the team before the midseason break. DC Power is coming off a 1-0 loss to Carolina Ascent on November 2nd.

Before that loss to Carolina, DC Power had been on a streak that included their first two wins in club history. Their first ever win came at the expense of Brooklyn FC via an Olímpico own goal on the very last play of the match back on October 11th. Now, they want to keep pace and try to get closer to the playoff line with another win against Brooklyn.

DC Power hope to generate some more offense as they continue to grow as a team in the first half of the season. They will want to put together a complete match before the home fans for the final time in the fall slate of matches and move up the table. Currently, DC Power is seventh in the USL Super League standings, but only 3 points separate them from 4th place Tampa Bay Sun. Setting themselves up for the midseason break is key to giving them something to aim for during the break, and that march continues this evening with a second chance to get 3 points from Brooklyn FC.
