MLS All-Star is here: Tuesday Freedom Kicks
Happy MLS All-Star week, friends! We are in it! Please keep an eye on our socials this week to see where The District Press is around the events, and say hi!
The MLS All-Stars joined the First Lady of the United States, Dr. Jill Biden, for a youth soccer clinic at the White House.
There’s a brand new mini-pitch at Seaton Elementary School in Washington, DC. Located in Shaw, the new mini-pitch will give kids in the neighborhood a safe, purpose-built place to play soccer.
The final practice is going on at the National Mall as players prep for tomorrow’s All-Star game.
The MLS All-Star Skills Challenge will kick off at 7:30 pm tonight at Audi Field.

Major League Rugby announces First and Second ALL MLR teams for the 2023 season. OGDC’s Jack Iscaro made the First Team and Kyle Ballie made the Second Team. Jack Iscaro is a local product and has been on the team since the inaugural 2020 season. Ballie joined OGDC from Toronto Arrows early in the 2023 season.

Soo…will the all star game be restricted to only Season Pass holders, or will it be available as a free game?
From what I can gather, it’s only MLS Season Pass. Definitely hope I’m wrong.
